This is when the heart contracts

one-twenty is great

                                                          

Down is Diastol

The ventricles are relaxed

Eighty is ideal

Midnight Snack Cravings

Stomach is empty
Ghrelin raises appetite 
The hunger hormone

Vascular Spasm

Reduce the blood flow
Platelets attach to the wound
Fibrin seals the hole

Coagulation

Platelets all cluster
Fibrin traps red blood cells in
The wound is sealed

Stay Fit

Obesity kills

Eat, Sleep, Exercise, Maintain

Metabolism

Crocodile Tears

I can't stop crying
lacrimal fluid builds up
coats my conjunctiva 

Chills

Chills run down my arm
Arrector pili contract
Heat is trapped, I'm warm
